Opportunity Description
Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a client based in Brackenfell, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities: Performing the full payroll function from processing, verifying, and reconciling of pay information, taking into account Legislation, Company Policy, and Audit requirements. Performing various reconciliations, which include the National Bargaining Council Leave versus the Sage 300 People balance. Ensuring accurate payment of salaries and wages. Preparation of a detailed analytical review of the salaries for the pay period. Explaining material variances from the before the current month. Provide support to the Payroll Supervisor. Internal/external audit preparation. Other ad hoc payroll-related tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Grade 12/Matric. Bookkeeping/Accountancy/Payroll Certificate or Diploma. At least 5 years in the same or similar role. At least 3 years processing payroll using Sage 300 People. Knowledge/Exposure to the National Bargaining Coun...
