Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a client based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing the full payroll function from processing, verifying, and reconciling of pay information, taking into account Legislation, Company Policy, and Audit requirements.
- Performing various reconciliations, which include the National Bargaining Council Leave versus the Sage 300 People balance.
- Ensuring accurate payment of salaries and wages.
- Preparation of a detailed analytical review of the salaries for the pay period.
