Opportunity Description

We are hiring a Full Time Payroll Administrator to accurately handle payroll operations. This role includes cheque preparation and maintenance of employee payroll records at our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all payroll activities, ensuring timely cheque calculations, and maintaining monthly statements. Candidates should have a college diploma and be fluent in English or French, with experience ranging from 1 to 7 months preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate payroll and prepare cheques for processing
• Prepare detailed earnings statements for employees
• Generate and maintain monthly payroll reports
• Submit benefit documentation for employee plans
• Prepare annual T4 and other necessary payroll statements
