**Description:** This Payroll administrator position requires successful management of multiple, simultaneous assignments, and tasks managing priorities and various deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Account Reconciliations oversight for various processes, Union Deferrals, Equity Grant support, W2c’s creation and Approval, Team Metrics, Resolving tier 3 employee and business unit questions, Year-end tasks, and Weekend pay-calc rotation
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to independently solve issues
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, and a focus on providing excellent customer service is required
• Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
