Payroll Advisor in Banff or Calgary

Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Advisor at Sunshine Village in Banff or Calgary with hybrid work flexibility. Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits while ensuring compliance.
This role reports to the Controller and requires expertise in Dayforce Human Capital Management. You'll manage bi-weekly payroll, address discrepancies, mentor the Benefits Advisor, and improve payroll processes. Your ability to ensure accurate and timely pay is crucial for employee satisfaction and compliance with Alberta Employment Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
• Validate source deductions with the Controller and resolve discrepancies
• Provide mentorship to the Benefits Advisor and support HR functions
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and recommend changes for compliance
