Payroll Analyst

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Analyst to support accurate and efficient employee and payroll data administration, reporting, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring payroll processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner while supporting data integrity across multiple systems.

This is a hybrid/remote position; however, candidates must be local to the Spokane, Washington area


Duties
+ Assist with the preparation of new employee onboarding as it relates to payroll
+ Assist with the processing of weekly payroll batches as needed
+ Run internal audits to ensure accuracy of data and records
+ Assist with employee transfers, position changes and location updates
+ Help to maintain and reconcile employee records in HRIS including but not limited to new hires, terminations, benefits and other changes
