Payroll Analyst Remote/Flexible Options

Be part of JLL’s payroll team as a Payroll Analyst, working in Toronto or Mississauga, Ontario. This role provides a full-time position with both remote and on-site flexibility.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining payroll accuracy for employees across various provinces. As part of this position, you'll deepen your understanding of payroll legislation, manage data integrity, and assist employees with inquiries, all while contributing to a culture of compliance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing across Canadian provinces
• Maintain accurate data within the HRIS system
• Assist in compliance with government payroll submissions
• Resolve payroll-related employee inquiries promptly
• Generate and analyze payroll reports
