Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced, compliance-driven Payroll & Benefits BP for the organization’s payroll and ensure the accurate, compliant administration of employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role is primarily responsible for payroll execution, statutory compliance, and governance, while also leading key benefits administration functions that directly impact employees and regulatory adherence.
The successful candidate will serve as the organization’s subject‑matter expert on Ontario payroll legislation, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external agencies to mitigate risk, support audits, and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
