Payroll & Liquidation

• Process and analyzes liquidation on a timely basis
• Analyze and monitor diesel consumption every trip and analyzes consumption thru partner station/fleet card
• Investigate and resolves discrepancies and issues with regards to liquidation
• Ensures all documents attached in the liquidation is complete and signed
• Process, file and coordinates summary of payroll reports.
• Monitor and keep track of charges per employee.
• Responds to payroll queries.
• Prepares payslip distribution
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
