Key Responsibilities
Assist Payroll Specialists in processing pay transactions in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.Input and maintenance of all pay impacting and statutory-related data in SAPEnsure timesheets are complete, accurate and duly approved.Implement and follow a formal new starter process for payroll purposes.Calculate leave balances and adjustments.Assist in the maintenance of payroll records and file all payroll related paperwork following each pay periodContribute to the ongoing delivery and improvement of the various payroll systems and supporting systems and servicesPromptly handle employee enquiries on payroll and other employee benefit matters.Assist in the preparation of management reports based upon information within the payroll system.Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
