Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end payroll processing
- Administer on resignation process and employee movement related letter preparation
- Follow up/ Send email reminder to upline on probationary status employment confirmation
- Entering, correcting, verifying and/or transmitting payroll and time and attendance information to/from multiple systems/inputs to ensure timely information update and salary pay out to employees on time
- Resolve broad and variety of payroll issues with employees, provide solutions/advices where applicable and provide support for payroll reporting needs.
- Liaise with Finance and other Departments on monthly payroll reports and matters.
- Maintenance of payroll records in accordance with company policy, state, federal laws and regulations
