Payroll Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations for a non-profit organization in Morgan Hill, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage payroll activities accurately and consistently in a multi-employee environment while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The role will focus on end-to-end payroll processing, employee pay adjustments, and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for each pay period.
• Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, and pay changes to confirm all payroll data is complete and correctly entered before processing.
