Payroll Compliance Specialist

**POSITION SUMMARY:** Payroll Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire Payroll Compliance team by triaging all received Service Now tickets and managing the submissions for all employee detail related to the monthly health & welfare and pension payments. The incumbent will also handle all mass union benefit deduction changes within the payroll system as well as preparing the weekly Union 401K and Supplemental Benefits reporting for payment processing and submitting its employee to the various third-party trust. The Payroll Compliance Specialist supports our employees represented by Collective Bargaining Agreements.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILTIIES:**

+ Run reports in Workday to obtain the employees Union 401K, AFLAC, and other Voluntary Benefit deductions use to compile the weekly reporting and payment upload to Accounts Payable for processing.
