Payroll JE Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support the global finance organization in the monthly close
• Prepare recurring and one-time journal entries for the monthly close
• Reconcile payroll related balance sheet account, ensuring balance
• Reconcile payroll related intercompany cross charge and adjust the difference
• Update/Maintain Employee Data
• Work with the HR team / other related department to solve any payroll accounting issue
• Ensure SOP is created and up to date
• Support standardization and process improvement to align with company policy
• Support ad hoc payroll accounting reports and analysis as requested by Corporate
• Support internal / external audit and tax related request

Skills & Qualifications

• Accounting fresh grade is preferred
• Diploma in Accounting with 1-2 years working experience in accounting job
