About the role


As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, generation and data inputs related to the processing of payroll, including payment of wages, allowances, leave and separations.

This is a 12 month opportunity based out of our Collins Street Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with third party providers and internal stakeholders to collate and review data for accuracy and appropriateness in accordance with divisional policies and practices

  • Prepare and accurately input daily and/or fortnightly or weekly information from employees’ timesheets & rosters.

  • Complete payroll processing and respond to all payroll related queries from employees (current and past), managers, and business divisions (as appropriate).

  • Ensure maintenance of all pay related transactions and employment history in accordance with agreements, policies and legislation. This includes em...
