Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
Prepare control and disburse leave and final settlements to all staff and workers and prepare HRO Merchandiser's monthly payroll and arrange payroll disbursement.
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and other earnings.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement through WPS and bank transfers.
- Handle end-of-service benefit (EOSB) calculations, gratuity, and final settlements.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and deductions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
- Respond to employee queries on salary, payslips, and leave encashments.
