Payroll Officer

The Payroll Officer is responsible for multiple financial activities relating to LLRIB bi‑weekly payroll functions. This includes timely and accurate reporting of payroll data for the Band employees. Other responsibilities include overseeing the processing of staff expenses, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and various other accounting functions. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Calculating net salaries considering deductions and withholding.
• Ensuring payroll and tax documents are accurate.
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of payroll for all Band employees, while auditing payroll processing reports for accuracy.
• Ensuring that all salaries are paid accurately and in a timely fashion to all Band employees, contractors, and other parties.
