Payroll Operations Analyst – APAC & Compliance

Air Liquide is seeking an Analyst for its Payroll team in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves managing payroll processing requests, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and delivering payroll analytics for labor cost assessments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of payroll operations experience, particularly in the APAC region, along with strong communication abilities in both Mandarin and English. A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields is required.
