Payroll Specialist

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a top client in Tolleson! This is an onsite, contract opportunity offering up to $31/hour. Responsibilities: Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for a high-volume employee base Review and validate timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws Handle payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, and deductions Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy within the system Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, taxes, and deductions in a timely manner Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations Partner with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations Requirements: 3+ years of payroll processing experience Experience with Vista and/or UKG software Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and trainin...
