Payroll specialist (bilingual) – 6-month

Our manufacturing client has an urgent requirement for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on managing full-cycle payroll within a unionized, multi-provincial environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and comfortable working with high-volume payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process full-cycle payroll for a unionized workforce Manage multi-provincial payroll operations accurately and on time Utilize Kronos and Dayforce systems for payroll processing Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and union agreements Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing Hands-on experience with Kronos and Dayforce Experience managing unionized payroll environments Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
