Job Description

Join Deutsche Bank’s in‑house Spain payroll team in Barcelona and support the monthly payroll execution in ADP GlobalView.

The role sits at the intersection of payroll operations and HR, working closely with employees, HR partners, and external providers. You will contribute both to day‑to‑day payroll execution and to ongoing process and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute the monthly Spain payroll in ADP GlobalView, ensuring accurate calculations and timely delivery.
• Manage employee lifecycle inputs (hires, terminations, absences, sick leave, overtime), validating completeness and data quality.
• Apply established payroll controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR teams and external providers on benefits‑related inputs and employee queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and support payroll and HR systems initiatives (e.g., Workday).
