Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, validation of payroll data, preparation of payroll reports, and resolution of payroll-related concerns. The role ensures compliance with company policies, government regulations, and payroll procedures while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processes and prepares accurate and timely payroll for employees and clients
• Reviews attendance, timekeeping records, overtime, holidays, leaves, incentives, and payroll inputs prior to payroll processing
• Computes salaries, deductions, adjustments, incentives, and other payroll-related transactions
• Assists in the preparation and computation of final pay, separation pay, and other employee payroll clearances
