Position Summary

Reports to: HR Manager. The Payroll Specialist manages full‑cycle payroll for unionized and non‑unionized employees across multiple projects and sites, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and union agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process full‑cycle weekly and bi‑weekly payrolls accurately and on time, including:
  • Importing hours from the Time and Attendance / ADP Clock
  • Entering data into ADP Payroll
  • Calculating changes, balancing, and post‑verifying payroll
