Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Spanish payroll to support our Payroll Operations team on a short-term contract.

This role is a combination of hands‑on payroll processing and advisory and will focus on processing, validating, auditing, providing guidance on payroll processes.

The SME will also play a key role in supporting the onboarding and knowledge transfer to a permanent payroll resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Spanish payroll (population of approx. 300 Associates, White Collars only)
• Act as a subject matter expert on Spanish payroll regulations and practices.
• Validate and audit prior payroll cycles to ensure compliance and accuracy.
