Are you a payroll tax professional with strong multi-state payroll experience? We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist to support a high-volume payroll team serving approximately 3,500 employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact in payroll tax compliance and reporting.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Reconcile quarterly and annual payroll tax filings

Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance, including remote employee work locations

Process and review W-2 and W-2C reporting

Monitor unemployment insurance (SUI) accounts and tax notices

Audit payroll tax reports and ensure regulatory compliance

Support payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and special projects
