Payroll & Time Manager - Nordic Baltic Zone

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Time Manager to lead payroll operations across the Nordic-Baltic zone (7 countries) within a shared services model. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll & time delivery while driving strategic payroll &time transformation, process standardization, and digital integration in close collaboration with HR, Finance, Digital/IT, and business.
