Payroll & Workforce Operations Manager (Portugal)

We are hiring: Payroll & Posting Operations Lead – Portugal

Location: Portugal – Lisbon / Porto / Hybrid

Reporting to: Country Manager

Salary: EUR 48,000 gross per year

We are a growing group of companies providing employee leasing, recruitment, payroll administration and customer service solutions in Lithuania and international markets. Our group includes Retiva, Hireks, Rinota, Increla and Fintiva.

As we expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Payroll & Posting Operations Lead in Portugal to build and manage payroll, employee leasing, temporary employment and posting processes.

Main responsibilities:

Coordinate the full employee leasing and payroll process: HR, contracts, payroll, A1/posting, time tracking and invoicing.

Select and manage external partners, including payroll, bookkeeping and HR providers.
