The Role
:As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives and company goals in a timely efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
- Maintain and update new joiner tracker.
- Conduct exit interview for store and H.O. Employees who resign, up to grade 9 and grade 10-12 where applicable.
- Maintain an exit interview tracker and support Area Human Resources Manager in conducting a detailed exit analysis.
- Support Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review process by regularly following up with the teams to meet deadlines, consolidating the information and carrying out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery of the same.
