CHC CRS is the only multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC) in Northern Arizona. Our 20,000 square foot clinic is designed to provide the best patient outcomes possible. Our services include 12 different pediatric specialty services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, registered dietician, social work, audiology and full case management.
