• DOH License/Eligibility (or ability to obtain)
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Expertise in critical care for critically ill pediatric patients
• Experience in mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and resuscitation
• Certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
