* Desirable Practice Setting: 100% inpatient pediatrics in a regional hospital serving as the medical hub for Southwest Alaska, supporting care across 58 rural communities.

* Scope of Practice: This role goes beyond traditional hospitalist work, including ER coverage, nursery support, and real-time consultation with village health aides , offering variety and high-impact clinical decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive Compensation: Minimum starting pay of $120.60/hour , DOE, with compensation determined using a structured formula based on experience.
