Peer Recovery Specialist - Grant Funded

Overview Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join our team at the Robert Young Center as a Peer Recovery Specialist! The Peer Support Specialist, under the indirect supervision of the Department Manager, provides care to consumers utilizing Robert Young Center's Trauma-Informed Care principles. As a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, this role provides recovery-oriented, in-home, and community-based services for adults with severe mental illness. This position delivers comprehensive case management and psychosocial rehabilitation through outreach-focused services, along with crisis intervention support as needed. The Peer Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and consistently demonstrating Trinity's mission, values, and principles in all interactions with clients, families, visitors, physicians, and coworkers.
