About the role in People Analytics:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI & Data Analytics expert with strong hands‑on technical expertise in DAX, Python, dashboard development, and analytical problem‑solving. The ideal candidate will analyse complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and support better business decision‑making through advanced modelling, simulations, and what‑if analyses. Reporting analytics to support organization wide reporting requirements with added focus on strong data governance. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a confident, stakeholder‑facing presence. Skills include, not limited to:
