The People & Culture Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a Strategic People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational success.

The working hours for this role are currently Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM, with the possibility of weekend work. As our site ramps up and grows with time, working schedule and hours may be subject to change.
