People and Culture Business Partner

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide trusted advice and support leaders across the employee lifecycle. You will coach leaders through employee relations matters and help create practical solutions that deliver positive outcomes for both employees and the organisation.

You will also play a key role in strengthening employee relations capability across BallyCara. Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you will develop practical resources, templates and leader toolkits that build confidence, create consistency and make managing people easier.

Key areas of focus include:

• Employee relations, performance and conduct management across a diverse workforce
• Workplace investigations and complex case management, including sensitive and high-risk matters
• Leadership coaching and capability development to uplift people leadership across the organisation
