People Business Partner Lead, Global Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the People Business Partner Lead for Global Marketing, this role leads the planning and delivery of key People programs in partnership with the Global Marketing organization. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the role serves as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders, functional Business Partners, and the broader People team and community. This role helps advance the enterprise People Strategy across performance, talent and succession planning, leadership and organizational design & development, and employee relations.
