People Business Partner

The role

The People Business Partner supports the global People & Culture strategy and partners with Senior Management to drive People & Culture processes, ensure compliance, and develop pragmatic solutions. Acting as a sparring partner for all people-related questions, the role combines strategic and operational People & Culture work, cross‑country collaboration across EMEA, and contributions to international initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, People & Culture expertise, and excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and on‑site presence.
