Reporting directly to the General Manager People, Talent and Development, this Employment Services People and Culture Business Partner role enables APM’s vision to be the Employer of Choice. This role delivers end‑to‑end generalist HR services and business partnering, owning people plans and HR operations to support business performance, culture, and legal compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering — Act as a trusted advisor to Employment Services Leadership Team to design, implement, and evaluate people strategies that solve business problems and drive outcomes.
