People & Culture Intern (3 months)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience in the People & Culture team and contribute to our organization’s culture and employee experience initiatives.

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Contribute ideas for improving employee experience and culture initiatives.
• Create posters, banners and other creative content for internal communication.
• Coordinate with different departments to promote participation in regional engagement initiatives.
• Support the P & C team in executing engagement calendars and event logistics.
• Assist in tracking participation and collecting feedback.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.
