People & Culture Lead — HR & Talent Strategy

MOVA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human capital management. The HR Manager will link management and employees, managing recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance while fostering a productive and inclusive workplace culture.

The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree, with 3–6 years of HR experience, and strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act. Immediate starters will be prioritised.
