Opportunity Description
•Lead the hotel’s Learning & Development strategy, ensuring effective training programs that support business goals and Heartist growth.
•Manage payroll administration and paymaster processes accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
•Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting People & Culture operations..
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or People & Culture, preferably in the hospitality industry.
•Strong knowledge of training management, payroll administration, and HR systems, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
