People Development Analyst

Role Summary The People Development Analyst is a key enabler for high quality talent and people development decisions by providing insights, dashboards, analytics, and ensuring data accuracy and reporting excellence across APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Australia). Responsibilities Maintain high-quality, accurate data for People and Position Reviews and quarterly People Committees. Consolidate and validate data submissions from country HR teams across APAC. Prepare dashboards and reports that support talent discussions, leadership reviews, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Analyse mobility, readiness levels, early-career outcomes, and Talent pipeline trends to generate insights for decision-making. Provide data support for D&I dashboards, diverse pipeline tracking, and inclusion metrics. Analyse Training evaluations and support follow-up reporting.
