Position Summary

The People Experience Partner is responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, focusing on building a positive and engaging company culture. The role is heavily centered on the design and execution of structured programs, including the management of comprehensive onboarding and offboarding workflows. By coordinating complex logistics—such as pre-boarding paperwork, workstation setups, and initial training workshops—the Partner ensures every new hire is efficiently integrated.
