Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation within the charity / conservation sector, supporting an international workforce and playing a truly pivotal role within the HR function.
Working closely with two Senior HR Advisors and the International People Lead, you will be the glue that holds the team together — ensuring HR processes run smoothly, information flows effectively, and colleagues across multiple countries receive a professional, responsive HR service.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone proactive, highly organised and solutions‑focused, with a genuine can‑do attitude. You will be central to the day‑to‑day coordination of HR activity for international staff and will quickly be a trusted point of contact within the team.
