About the Role
We need someone who sees a broken process and proactively identifies and improves operational gaps — who builds a workaround when the tool fails and treats compliance complexity as a puzzle to solve. Someone genuinely excited by the idea of owning the people operations foundation at a company where processes are still being built.
You’ll play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle operations, compliance, HR systems, and day-to-day People processes across a distributed global team. You’ll work closely with People, Finance, IT, and external partners to help ensure our operations remain accurate, compliant, and employee-centered as we scale.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and opportunities to improve systems, documentation, and workflows over time.
