People Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are looking for a proactive People Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us build and support our team as the company grows. This role is not limited to traditional HR administration. We need someone who can actively search for talent, build relationships with universities and professional communities, coordinate recruiting processes, support onboarding, and help make sure our team has clarity, follow-up, and the support needed to do great work.
Main Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
Work with leadership to define job profiles and hiring needs.
Actively source candidates through universities, events, referrals, job boards, Linked In, and direct outreach.
Build relationships with universities, career directors, professors, and student groups.
Attend events and visit campuses to identify potential candidates.
