The Role

The People Partner acts as a consultant to management and an advocate for employees to provide comprehensive HR support. The role exists to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including industrial relations, performance management, recruitment, and organizational development. It contributes to the business by analyzing trends, improving morale, and assisting with workforce and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities Utilize 2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience to manage divisional HR functions. Advise on disciplinary actions, draft charges, and represent the company at CCMA for Con/Arb hearings...
