People Partner – Fashion

People Partner for Fashion, Premium and Delegation (Lacoste, Tumi, Guess and Delegation) will be working closely with brand/functional management to provide operational support, strategic advice and guidance while ensuring best practices are integrated across all people‑related activities. He/she will fuel partnerships with the population in close collaboration with the Group HR function to facilitate the delivery of value‑added services to management and talent that reflect the business values and objectives. The role also includes creating continuous improvement measures to enhance the employee experience and support the achievement of business strategic and culture change.

• As an active and effective member of the Leadership team, support the business’s strategies at various levels through guidance and input on workforce planning, ensuring high visibility, focus while developing the People Strategy.
