The People Partner will sit within our Global People team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leaders of designated groups and drive HR initiatives that positively impact the employee experience: workforce planning and recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and culture initiatives
- Trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees providing counsel, guidance, and strategic partnership
- Work closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Global People Solutions)
- Support with the performance management process, including mid-year and annual reviews, employee goal setting, and individual career development planning for designated client groups
