Responsibilities

  • Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production.
  • Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets, related to compliance, learning, performance reviews, etc.).
  • Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member).
  • Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member experience.
  • Provide assistance & leadership during crisis management for business continuity purposes.
  • Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are practiced at all times.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with support functions as needed.
